Restrictions
- Your pet must be healthy and at least 6 weeks of age to enroll.
- If your pet is in heat, pregnant, or diagnosed as cryptorchid at the time of their spay or neuter surgery, additional charges will apply.
- Exams, vaccines, parasite testing, and medications are given based on timing dependent on a series tailored to your pet’s age, breed, and risk. If scheduled appointments are not kept as recommended by the vets of Bay-Porte Animal Hospital, you may lose one or more visits.
- This plan is non-transferrable.
